However, colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate. We try to keep our website as up to date as possible, but cannot guarantee that every item will always be available. If we can’t supply the item, we will release the funds being held in your account for the purchase.
Delivery & Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number.
If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at the item page – we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.
Returns & Exchanges:
We guarantee return, in case the item hasn’t been used or worn, original packaging and commercial shape are saved. The customer has 14 days since the moment of receiving the order, to claim return.
Swimwear, lingerie and customized items are nonrefundable.
‘Sale’ items are nonrefundable.
